The awesome mobile café is moving to Cromane for the weekend, offering specialty coffee, delicious baked goods.

For those with a taste for the sea, we are proud to present Cromane's finest local Mussels, Oysters, Salmon and more. Fresh tastings available straight from the fishermen themselves.

Paul and Colleen are bringing the Kilcummin Gourmet Kitchen to Cromane Seafest with a delicious range of pates, chutneys and pesto, red onion marmalade, wild garlic hummus, smoked ketchup and much more.

Fresh sushi made locally, made to order with local ingredients.

Ice cream, you scream, we all sream for It's My Party's Mr Whippy Ice Cream Van - keeping young and old cool for the festival.

Kayaking experience in lovely Cromane with Caragh Outdoors. Experience the area from the water taking in the sights of Dingle bay showing off the McGillicuddy reeks, Rossbeigh and Inch. Explore the water and it’s environment of seaweed, birds and other wildlife over a short and manageable trip.

The annual Cromane Blessing of the Boats is planned for Sunday 18th September at 6.30pm. Come and join us on the beach and see the boats and crew that work hard throughout the year to bring the finest and freshest Cromane Mussels & Oysters to you.

Qi Gong with Noreen on the shores of Cromane Beach on Saturday at 17th at 3pm & Sunday 18th at 4pm . Qi Gong is a slow, gentle moving meditation and mind body wellness practice which is a combination of movement, posture, breathing and awareness.

TURF SIDE
Tread the tide and join in all the fun activities and events planned for the land.

The winner of the Cromane Seafest Oyster Shucking Competition 2022 will represent Cromane at The Galway International Oyster Festival on September 24th. The winner will also receive 2 nights accommodation on Friday 23rd and Sat 24th September at Victoria Hotel, Galway City with breakfast each morning sponsored by Jacks Coastguard Restaurant, Cromane as well as complementary entry to the Opening Night on Friday in Galway which includes a free drink (wine, beer or soft drink) and a taster plate of oysters or a seafood dish and music throughout the night.
Get your shucking knives sharpened! Let the competition begin

Kerry Coastal Pull Together Exhibition will take place on Sunday 18th September from 1.30pm to 3.30pm showcasing a mix of coastal rowing boats. The history and memorabilia of Cromane rowing throughout the years will also be showcased on the day.

Join in the fun with a variety of kid-sized amusement rides.

The first Cromane Seafest Triathlon in association with Cromane Tri Club will take place on Saturday 17th September at 9.30am. The Triathlon includes a 750m swim in the crystal clear waters of Cromane beach followed by a 20km cycle and 5km road run taking in the breathtaking scenery the area has to offer.

Roll up your sleeves and dive into painting, print and clay workshops throughout the day with the guys from Me and The Moon.

Get creative on the beach with local artist Nina from Izzy & Jules.

Take a walk with a local legend himself for an interesting and open-aired adventure in lower Cromane. With a rich fishing heritage and plenty of stories, you'll learn a thing or two ... even if your'e a local.

Super-sizes, beach-tastic oversized games for the family to enjoy.

Join Green Brush by the sea to paint and collage the Coastal Colours of Cromane.
The workshop is open to all ages from tots to teens and all the inbetweens! Children big and small will experiment with mixing colours, explore patterns and organic forms as they engage with their coastal environment.
This is a FREE event with no booking required.

Let's go fly a kite. Sit back and enjoy the aerial display of colourful kites floating above the festival.

Fun and interactive learning about Ireland's amazing Marine life with Marine Biologists.

The Aquaculture Remote Classroom (ARK) is a truck-sized classroom that is fully equipped to provide an interactive learning experience.

Get your wellies on and follow Sea Senergy to the beach to become seashore explorers.

At our Whos4science fun interactive workshop, children will get actively involved in making and erupting a gigantic coke explosion. They will also design, make and launch their very own water rocket as well as the opportunity to make (and take home) their own colourful slime.
